This is the story of Kurt Warner. Most recently, Kurt had a MVP type season as he guided the Arizona Cardinals to Super Bowl XLIII.

i followed Kurt his entire NFL career and i feel the reason he is so great is because he gets the ball to exactly where it needs to go most of the time. it goes right into the hands of the guys he's throwing to and it even throws them off because it gets there even when they aren't really ready for it. but he throws it so they can CATCH it. awkward, but perfect at the same time. and it throws the defense off too. if anyone besides me watched the cardinals run last year in the playoffs they know.

i feel people pay more attention to bias "experts" on the news than they do to the greatness of the player. in Kurt Warner's case this is so unfortunate because the media deliberately makes him look less than he is. very sad. one big reason is because he came from the arena league and everything he did that was great in the NFL made the NFL look bad. i pay attention to how great a player is and with kurt warner, he is geeky, can't evben throw real spirals, but he is still a great, great qb.

He doesn't have great ball skills and so he doesn't get alot of interceptions. That might be why people overlook him when they talk about the best corners in the leauge. But he's a solid tackler, a great cover man and he really has blazing speed. To me that makes him one of the best in the league. If he would just make some more interceptions on balls that wasn't poorly thrown, he could be the best. But defenitly top 10 without a doubt!

I really didn't find them that amazing this year in Alabama. Everyone in the auditorium seemed to automatically dub them winner as soon as they walked on the stage. I was there, don't worry. Although their duo here is incredible, I would have to say I enjoyed seeing the metamorphosis this year. although it was a bit more lopsided than charlotte's web, seeing it in person was an amazing experience. He does put up awesome numbers, but with his talent and his ability it should way higher. His rookie season he posted 12 sacks in 12 games. I was really excited about Peppers, I watched him in college and all that, but he hasn't played to his potential, and he is a big whiner. We'll see what happens in Chicago, he is getting older as it is, and we'll see what happens.

beason is already undersized, thomas davis is a converted saftey, most of their lineman are undersized in the tampa 2 mold. The only guys they have for an effective 3-4 are Ma'ke kemoeatu and peppers. It might work with the guys they have, but they don't need to switch to a 3-4. They just need better DTs, one more playmaking LB and they'd be top 5 easy.

no i seriously doubt he uses steroids. steroids can be counter-productive in mma since steroids can mess with your hormone levels and cause weakened joints that are needed in the fight. however, hgh might be in the picture. i would be very surprised if he didnt use hgh

Fedor is the worlds greatest fighter and he is in Strikeforce and Strikeforce is doing more for the sport of MMA than the UFC is right now. I have been saying this for a long time girl fights are going to be a big step in the right direction for Strikeforce everyone loves Carano and Cyborg and those two have already made history by having a five round fight with 5 minutes each round. Strikeforce shown Fedor fight Rogers for free and it wasn't just that fight they put up a great card.

Roids don't exist in MMA in the early UFC days roids existed and they honestly didn't help the fighters. Cardio and technique play more of a role than just strength and Herschel has cardio and he fights with technique if he was using roids he would just gas out like Belfort did when he fought Couture in the early UFC days. You don't know enough about roids they make you crazy MMA is a strategic sport using roids would be like handicapping yourself for this kind of sport.

like i said...there's a difference between fighter and athlete...demian maia submits everyone it seems...and he is NOT a great athlete...chuck liddell is a great fighter, but NOT a great athlete...and the list could on...it's a fighting game...not an athletic game...athleticism is a DEF plus and a leg up on learning how to fight...but if you have athleticism alone, then it's not smart to go and FIGHT top contenders

I cant see him ever being able to beat Anderson Silva or Lyoto Machida or Fedor or Brock Lesnar.
