I presume that an awful lot of calculation is needed to aim the rover so it makes it to Mars. Judging by its size in which in travels through space, does not seems to carry much fuel thus can't change direction. And how does the machine know when to deploy the parachute and such. Are they manually controlled 7 months later since launch or are there automatic sensors that detects the approach.

Mars is extremely cold. It does get warm enough occasionally to support a few extremely hardy lichens, but it's far too dry to grow anything. We aren't going to contaminate it with plants for no reason. We need to wait until we've studied it further or we are building a colony. We could terraform it, but that would probably take a global effort and trillions of dollars, if it can be done with current technology at all. For now, Mars is a cold, dry, lifeless, yet strangely Earthlike curiosity.

Those who claim the bible to be either absolutely TRUE or absolutely FALSE are both wrong. It's impossible to have a 100% absolutely correct perspective that does not consider & accept that it is both. Therein lies the problem w/why religious debate is so polarized today. Don't attack the religious doctrine-attack the men who for the past 1700 years have perverted it to the point it has evolved to today. The philosophical value & original purpose of the bible-& Christianity-was lost long ago.

Yes, the source of the confusion is the scorewriter. If he writes the score, intending for it to be thought of as a different pitch, then if you play it differently then you'll play it wrong. Both sides are correct, its just a semantics issue. If I'm playing in a concert that a braindead composer wrote my piece thinking a tuba is pitched like a clarinet, then I have to play it the way the composer perceives my instrument. no thats not true, whether or not the Euphonium is pitched in C or in Bb is not dependent on whether the performer is reading bass-clef or if the performer is reading treble clef. Its determined during production while the instrument is being created, by the production manager. It has nothing to do with where the instrument will be delivered to or what sheet-music that the performer is reading. Its a done-deal as soon as it leaves the factory!

I used to be a tuba player (these I know are built in B-flat), but having read this argument I'm inclined to agree with mrcoolgenius. I have taken physics classes, so I know about waves. Its true that given the same lip pitching & the same key positions, it will make the same sound. That means they are built the same. bari, and macree, no offense but they are the same note. Just like language, if I see a yellow triange that means high-voltage, and you read it and see high-risk-of-electric

No, it's because they think in different keys. Trombones are 'built in Bb' but generally play in C bass clef (or C tenor). In a brass band and some brass ensembles though a trombone is in Bb and reads Bb treble. The same slide positions with the same lip pitching will still sound the same note, even though the player might call it a different note. It's the same with a euphonium, it transposes in different groups, but it's all the same in real pitch.

Euphonium is pitched in C if it is reading bass clef and it is pitched in Bb if it is reading treble clef.if you tell a treble cleff reader and a bass clef reader to play the same note, yes it will sound different unless they are playing the same cleff

No they're not, some are in b flat and play in transposed treble cleff, more like a trumpet, and some are in c and play in bass clef, more like a trombone. There is a difference. If you ask a b flat euphonium and c euphonium player to play the same note, it would be diferent because they are both in differnet keys. If they are in different keys, then they are definatley not the same instrument.

In my opinion, I think that they're quite different. A Beautiful Lie is all about the Ice Shelf and the Enviornment. What I've Done is centered around all the things in the world, not just the enviorment, that are devastating. To you maybe the message is the same but it's definitely not the "same thing." I think 30STM had originality and I think it's great that they've done something that's never been done before. If you want to see similar look at the Fall Out Boy video thats just like LP's
