I like De niro as an actor but honestly in my opinion Pacino won this round but still both r really good! You can sense even during this scene the kind of mutual respect they hav for one another as actors and their friends in real life too which is v.rare to see that makes it even more endearing! & there was no sign one trying to outdo the other here they both did their best.!! Al Pacino's beautiful and mesmerizing performance, the truly excellent screen writing and of course the main taboo subject: Aides and homosexuality. I just LAUGH at anyone who thinks this impressions is bad. Hands down the best I've seen. The voice is near perfect, even the subtleties like the rasp in his voice and the high/low tones of voice. It's a near flawless voice impression. Facial wise there's NOTHING, but voice wise this is EXCELLENT.

I can't agree: "religion" (better said: some religious people) don't respect science. I don't know of anyone killed by "science" because of his defense of religion, but we all know hundreds in the opposite way, don't you? We are seeing now how "religion" is forcing schools to teach "creationism" or "intelligent design" at the same level as Evolution theory", using paralogisms and/or sophism that many people can't reject due to their lack of knowledge
