Cleaning out my FRAPS dir and thought I'd better upload this video somewhere.
It's just a simple shader for a clouds system similar to GTA:SA or Just Cause, but with more variation. The cloud texture is a couple of layers of Perlin noise, as is the mask.

This shader is a GLSL approximation of the previous engine plume. This was coded and rendered realtime in RenderMonkey using OpenGL. Same fire texture from Genetica, but i've tinted it blue. Bloom is done by applying a gaussian blur to a 128x128 rendertarget.
