She is really nice: she has good flexibility, but not freakish like some girls. Sometimes too much flexibility just doesnt look very aesthetically pleasing. This is really nice and pretty to look at.She isnt as flexible as some of the girls on flexshow but she is a welcome change from almost freakish suppleness.

No she isnt any more: she was in the Russian team in 2004, but never was good enough to do the "big" competitions. She left rhythmic in 2006 and joined the Canadian cirque in 2007, which is where she resides now. As a rhythmic gymnast she wasnt that great: her leaps were very low.

how baddoyouwantflexibility?.i find stretching everyday the hardest of all diciplines.buy a book on stretching and start slow. you can do a lot of stretching in 10 min. remember to hold the stretch for at least 30 seconds to give the muscle time to respond. most people dont hold the stretch long enough to do much good. also, if you have a friend that wants to stretch,have her hold the stretch for you. a good stretch burns but does not have sharp pain . dont over do the stretch! hope this helps.
