Noise is the texture and random specks you see in shadows or on flat areas of colour (like a blue sky) on a photo. As the ISO increases, so does the noise. You can use a flash if you'd like to illuminate a person close to the camera - but it'll only be effective for a few meters, so if the subject is further way, don't bother.

You've got it - a small f-number means a large aperture and the maximum light coming through the lens, but also a small depth of field. A large f-number means a small aperture and more in focus, but less light gets in. You can use large f-numbers for night photography for a bigger depth of field, but you'll need longer shutter speeds to compensate for the small aperture, and if they go beyond 30 seconds, you'll need to use Bulb mode with a cable release. Ultimately it's all about experimenting!

The aperture doesn't just control the depth of field - it also controls how much light passes through the lens. So a small f-number means a big aperture, and therefore as much light as possible going through it.

there is nothing wrong with animal protein as long as it comes from a lean source. and if you are worried about the fat content and other concerns more and more farms are breeding leaner pigs and other animals to meet the growing demand for leaner meat. lean pork will soon be the safest meat for people in terms of nutrition and quality. anyhow good luck with your vegan diet! i'll stick to mine though

I don't know about "best" but there are so many. contrary to popular belief, vegetables do have protein, though not as much as soy. beans, nuts, and soy have lots of protein. though, we do not need tons of protein. most people probably get twice as much as they need, and too much protein, especially animal protein, can cause cancer. basically, you can't get a protein deficiancy unless you just dont eat. you also can get iron from leaft greens and omega 3 from flax seed oil instead of fish.

The best way to loose weight is to go vegan. I went vegetarian in january of 2008. I weighed 144 pounds. By June I was 115 pounds. I went vegan in July, and now in November I am 103 pounds. This is a healthy weight seeing as I am only 4 feet 11 inches. I didn't excercise anymore than I did before, and I am in perfect health according to 2 doctors.

I have grishko 2007's and they work great with my feet!! I read in pointe magazine that people with grishkos usually look quite good in russian pointes you might want to try that out :)

See, our dance teacher has us simply crisscross the ribbons once in front and once in back, then tie a knot on the inside of the foot. The extra ribbon is cut off and the edges burned (which keeps it from fraying). My shoes are Capezio Glisse, and they are wonderful. The rest of my class uses Bloch (I went to a diffent retail) and their arch isn't nearly as good. I think I got lucky there. :)

I have a question about turning I have been dancing now for 13years and STILL can't get the head right my teacher uses the leave and whip way to try and teach us but it just makes my head hurt REALLY bad and I know I'm not going to get anywhere if I can't turn properly so what I was wondering is if theres a way of turning without making my head hurt!! Or making me dizzy or is it just me??

i wear them too! once i felt strong enough in extraflex, i switched to supple. now i'm back to extraflex because i broke a big toe over three months ago; that wasn't caused from dancing. i'm only doing releves so i don't reinjure it, but it feels wonderful! :D

its actually mostly dependent on your strength not how well you can dance. And a big part is your age because your foot muscle or bone stuff isn't fully developed until a certain age which is around twelve. if you start too soon before that you can easily permanently damage your feet and you wont be able to dance again or well. so obviously if you try a pair of pointe shoes on and they dont hurt when you walk around, even tho ur feet and legs are shaking, it doesnt mean your ready for pointe :)

I have a flat foot lol. But Ballet helps it a lot, actually. And if you're legs are strong, it shouldn't take too long. Just make sure you pay attention in the class because the faster you learn the sooner you'll go up en pointe.

I have Gaynor Minden pointe shoes and they really are perfect and made to fit me. They're based in America though, so you can just go on their website and send in your details on your foot and they choose the shoe to fit you, and they certainly pick well! I've worn GM pointe shoes since I was twelve and I'm now fourteen, only needed a new pair just at the beginning of this year, they certainly last well too :)xx

Re. To be more precise: My heli (HG'le from Jamara) can raise for about 30 sec but sinks after and then all the time. It seems that the weight is too high or that the engine is too 'narrow-chested'. I'm much disappointed but I would give the whole story of 'mini-heli adventure' a second chance. So, which model for beginners (easy control, long flight, etc.) can you propose? Thanks again!

That sucks but just fyi their are a bunch of cheaper version of this helicopter, it sounds like your tail wasn't glued on very well, or it was made of REALLY cheap plastic, Super glue will hold it fine, but trust me the angle of the tail is VERY important, in fact it is one of the most important things that needs to be set on these helicopters. as for you calling me and my country trash, you can go fuck yourself. don't fuck with me or my home, if you don't like the USA then go vote for change.
