For a song, that is generally true. I agree that RATM would probably not write a song specifically about oppressed whites. But the message remains the same: down with hierarchy, down with authority, and down with corruption, oppression and greed!

You'd think 1 would calculate message based on lyrics & lyrics based on singer. Still are different versions to avoid trouble as song is controversial towards police. I doubt there is a song for whites by RATM. Doesn't matter. The song would rule without words, but the words are good. When the message is added too then it obviously really rocks. Seems like it could be a rock anthem when you realize that blacks brought you this musical movement originally anyway.
