Yeah right! The crime rate was incredibly hight - the clearup rate was low because law enforcement agencies dare not enter. The residents largely helped themselves. Unlike most places today, they were each responsible for their own lives and the ones of their children. So what if there was lots of casinos, brothels and opium dens? i have to admit choi may have not gone his hardest because of such a big weight difference but wat a performance from kaoklai. it was chois third k1 fight so kaoklais experience payed off but choi did win but only because he is twice the size.
