Clearly Salonen is amazing and extremely talented, but does anyone else think he looks annoyed or pissed off with the orchestra at points? He just gets really strange looks on his face.

hmmm... outstanding performance. But I don't like how the solo trumpet player approached this famous solo. I wish he took it a touch softer and more lyrical. Nonetheless, he's obviously very good and a hell of a lot better than me. Who is he?

Mussorgsky is great but Ravel did a great job in orchestrating it... Kudos!!
