Yoga can really do that to you. Try doing yoga on a regular basis and you'd do much better. I do yoga as often as I can. Try taking a formal yoga class. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I'm not crazy about the fact that they only work one side of your body. I know the video would be too long if they talked you through both, but I'm too lazy to go through the video twice with the movements reversed. Maybe I'll just go to an actual yoga class.

lol it ant as stressful as being in work you know why cause when your out of school you will be sent to collage to do the same things study the same things lol and it is annoying to say you have less stress then your older siblings o and have you tryed meditation??? try it before 5mins and after 5mins of around 15mins of yoga
