This workout will be great for you. Girls never have to worry about building too much muscle. You girls do not have guys hormones. Nice to see you want to keep a tight body. The guys will love you, girls want to be you or hate you, unless she is Bi.

iam not a physician or whatever, but if you do this 3-4 days a week, repeating each exercice 3 times, and combining with half an hour running, bicycle or swimming... in 2 weeks youll already notice the results. you can also try to have hard sex 2 hours a day.... xD have fun!

annythepip, best time to workout for losing weight is when the body is in low gycogen state (morning time before you eat or right after weight lifting). dont matter what time of day but preferably not at the end of the day.

Not B4 YOU GO TO BED* Try to do it when you wake up early, start waking up early from now on. eat a small breakfast according to your body type and do your work out, Remember this is a life long journey it takes much hard work and dedication, if you did not know that yet, you are better off playing ping pong or taking up fucking Nintendo, cause this is not the sport for you! Respect.

I don't use protein powder, I simply drink a lot more milk before and after I work out.

Yeah, certainly. You have to make sure you keep the intensity high though and also remember to EAT properly. Load up on carbs an hour or two before the gym and eat as little fat as you can (this mainly includes saturated fats and DEFINITELY ZERO trans fats!). Keep the protein intake at a moderate level. If you want to get even more ripped, follow all these exercises with interval training.
