no it dont, you cousins taller then you cause its in his genes, how would it stop your growth your only lifting weights, the only thing is that you wont put much muscle on if you havent went through puberty, the only way it will stunt your growth is if your taking roids or some sort of supplement with it

If you feel your fingers are "weak" you can get one of those hand grip exercisers to improve you grip, fingers, wrist. Just squeeze them for about 10 minutes or so off and on while watching TV.

I guess you could say it is normal to feel some minor pressure in your fingers and hands as you curl the weight. Try not to over squeeze the dumbell or barbell, simply hold firmly. Just like some nervous drivers hold the steering wheel in a death grip, some people tend to really grip weights too hard, probably afraid they're going to drop it. If just kind of a dull pressure and not any sharp shooting pain, probably nothing to worry about.

Cont If you have the type of elbow structure it might cause you to have wrist or elbow pain during curls with a dumbell even with lighter weights. If so substitute a barbell commonly called a "EZ bar" that has build in angled hand grips that makes it more comfortable.

Is Kurt in the video locking his elbows? No. Look closely at the end of the down stroke. There's still a couple of degrees of bend. Elbow structure varies. Without any weights stand in front of a mirror your arms fully extended but relaxed close to your sides,palms up as if you were going to curl a barbell. For most men there's a slight angle from the elbow down to the wrist extending out away from body. For some men and many women this angle is more obvious, 20 or more degrees.
