Like this ab circuit Tammy. Im a big fan of that perpendicular crunch. I use vastmuscle (.com) ab program and they have the same exercise with other workouts and I love it.

well you wont have the stability you need, if you do this exercises on your bed. your back needs to be in a healthy position, better take a gym mat or sth.

2 months to notice results, it will work immensely if you eat healthier foods (if you don't), do at least 4 sets per workout, 3 times a week (or every day if you want 'ripped' abs).

That depends on your diet. Start drinking more water, and eat more healthy food. Combined with workouts like this, you should notice results in about 2 months.

Lol, Diet Sodas are the same as regular. Just drink water all the time. Diet sodas may have lower calories and less sugar... but they have been proven to be as fatenning as the regular ones. So just plain water... and lots of proteins from fish, lean meats and so forth. =)
