I do hope that those who entered the store first and saw this man go down get charged with depraved indifference at the very least. I'm sick of seeing people behaving as if they are somehow above the common rules of decency and consideration. I also hope WalMart gets sued for a ton of money, which is really all they care about. Most WalMarts don't even want to spend money on Loss Prevention people anymore, and refuse to provide security within the store or in their parking lots...
