I like the solid axle up front, But that lift is way too high in my opinion. If you lost about 3 inches from your fender you wouldn't need so much lift. Just my opinion though.

hey guys this is my truck. The launch was done in 4wd and switched to 2wd. I gave it a little bit of clutch slip so it didn't bog down. The 5vz is a great engine, but it only revs as high as 5500, which it does not make a whole lot of power up top. Not a bunch of retards, not an earthquake, not even 'stupid American bridge architecture. I can't believe how uneducated some of you sound. The design was fine. The location wasn't--where the current and winds can whip up seemingly out of nowhere...from nothing to gale force. The harmonics of the wind are what caused the bridge to start oscellating and collapse. Nobody even considered it to be an issue because nobody had ever tried putting a bridge that size in that kind of location.
