Do you mean the Tacoma Narrows Bridge (or 'Galloping gertie' as it was known)? I think the stupid comment is a bit unkind. A lot of big engineering failures early on were more to do with a lack of knowledge. Before the first failures related to fatigue or constructive oscillation, people simply didn't know that the problem existed. Fatigue has only comparatively recently been understood.

I actually thought that "half ten" meant 9:30 because I'm German and here it is like that. It's actually kinda stupid. When we say "halb zehn/"half ten" we mean something like "half of the tenth hour of the day is gone" (I think), so that's pretty strange... I think it makes more sense to use "half ten" as "half past ten" like you do in English.

The best place to get RX7 FD3S is from Japan.. Probably the only way left.. It's really hard to find a complete RX7 nowadays because Mazda stopped building them i think 199*something..(forgot) Though, i can tell you that Japan is the best way to get an RX7, but im not sure if it will be in "Good" quality.. :)

nah i would say Re amemiya is a much better tuning comapny for rotaries, the feed rx7 surely had the power, but its fairly wild in how it handles, sure tsuchiya can handle it but otherwise re amemiya tune a better car overall, besides panspeed have the fastest rx7 in the world atm, and it looks fucken awesome

The heck with this, no one lives there, so who would use it? Lets build a bridge across the Strait of Gibraltar, or connect Sicily to Italy. In 2009, a tower called Chicago's Spire will open and although it will be nowhere near as tall or big as Sky City, it will be 2,000 feet tall. Not even the Freedom Tower in New York will be as tall. The structure that would take the most ages to complete in my opinion if they attempt it, would be the Trans-Atlantic Tunnel. In this episode with Sky City, another thing I think is awesome is the 1,300,000 lb ball of metal called a counterweight. It's the heaviest ball of metal I know of.
