Again, it depends on what you're cutting off and how you do it. Notice it only happens in countries with questionable human rights, poor education standards, poor hygeine habits, low life expectancy. Sort of goes hand in hand with it all. So if your women smell, stop dating at the lower socio-economic end of the scale. Go to the sort of places where women like to go that do have good hygeine and are educated beyond the average third world primary school graduate. There's a reason doctors (qualified doctors, not hags in the third world) recommend circumcision, it's because it's better for hygeine. I'm assuming you're a guy, so the next time you have intercourse with your wife take a good look at the vagina, then think about how hard it is to have to wash that all the time making sure you get everything from under the flaps, precipuce, foreskin of the clit, and inside of the vagina.

There aren't that many useless body parts, at least not many that develop infections. The private parts tend to get dirtier than the rest of the body, even if you wash alot, sometimes you miss stuff, it's easier if there's no germs hiding between flaps and under bits of skin that are harder to wash. Understand that douching isn't very effective. Residue from semen or other secretions are still left in the vagina or under bits of skin, these substances can cause infections later on.

Personally I think it's great that Obama wants to increase tax on guns. America has a huge gun problem, of purely ridiculous proportions. The gun crime rate is catastrophic compared with any other nation in the world, and constantly on the rise. Not everybody is fit to own a gun, and this is demonstrated on a daily basis all across the country. It's a shame that the 2nd amendment applies to all. It's a retarded amendment anyway.
