Yupp you can do that as this is a low pressure tubo or bi. it will of course be more wear and tare but it is not needed to get welded pistons etc. gear box however you should change as the range are far different on the turbo acctually the 86 tubo did 155 stock and on a saab road test they did 120 000 km on full speed for days WITHOUT engine failure. so this should be aquired as well but again not needed. my new speed record with street legal 182 ;-D 416 bhp

I've got a 9-5 2.3 Areo with a MapTun stage 1, it produces 265bhp, it never broke down. I also have a NG900 with approx. 420 bhp wich destroys bikes on a straight line, and i had 4 people +me on board !

Yeah, I meant some did. The 1.8T does have a really bad sound system, but the newer top of the line models feature an 11speaker BOSE system and the 9-5 has always featured Harman/Kardon as the premium. My ARC has Harman/Kardon (9 speakers) and it is amazing. But yes, the older 9-3 systems are rubbish, no offence.

Nah we do the quarter mile (402 metres) in europe as well. Bad traction in the start would seem to be the problem, and the suspension and gear ratios could probably be set up much better for the strip. A more experienced driver might also help. The problem is though, more traction may very well snap the driveshafts/gearbox.

Well. That depends about what u think about safety. Im not defending volvo's. Personally i dont like them. But in one thing im right, volvos were and still being one of the most safest cars in the world. Cmon they were the inventors of the safety belt as we know it. And they still invented some more safety features, as like the automatic braking! They are the only car manufacturer, that when one of their cars get involved in an accident, to send a team of specialists. At least in Stockholm.

I am Saab fan and driver and I would definitely buy this if I were in the market for a midsize SUV over any other one. I did sound a bit like I was putting it down, I love this car, and it does have everything a Saab has, like you said. I know someone that had one of these (saabs are all the ever drive) and they loved it, the only they sold it was because they no longer needed an SUV, they got an '09 9-5 aero. I drive a 9-5 myself. The matter of selling the weapons to other countries is another question. I don't like it either but hey, that's how the world works unfortunately. Money rules....

Uavhengig hva slags kapabilitet en jagerfly har, en kjøp av kampfly er en meget komplisert ting og har mye mer å gjøre med politikken og mindre med jagerflyet selv. Norske F-16 har aldri vært involvert i noen reell krig, og det er lite sjanse at de kommende F-35 skal krige i det hele tatt .
